There’s been a meme going around since 2016 that says “Hard times creates strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. Weak men create hard times.” Maybe that’s an oversimplified way of looking at history, but it’s certainly not without its merits and logic. It sure looks like an apt description of our current situation. The world, and America in particular are being led by weak, narcissistic fools who have an overinflated view of how important they really are. The government our founders envisioned, has become virtually unrecognizable. Today’s leaders, for the most part, are nothing more then morally bankrupt, weak minded, power hungry bullies, who view the average person as a contemptable piece of trash, an expendable commodity, nothing more then a means to an end, that end being the accumulation of wealth and power. They view themselves however, as being indispensable, above the laws and regulations they impose upon everyone else. Our ruling class scoffs at the notion that Governments “derive their just powers from the consent of the governed.” In their thinking the governed should be grateful that they have such enlightened leadership, guiding their every want, desire or thought, because on their own the people are just too damn stupid to care for themselves.

The American experiment with a Constitutional Republic has been derailed by career politicians, who have sold their soul for money and power. The so-called opposition are just playing a part in this Orwellian drama by assuming the role of the controlled opposition. They harumph and bloviate about how they are going to investigate, clean house, and bring these bastards to justice, but in reality, they are in cahoots with the very people they are supposedly investigating. They are the Uniparty. It makes me want to vomit when I hear a Congress-critter call someone from the other side “my esteemed colleague,” just once I’d like to see the gloves come off, and have someone call Jerry Nadler “a fat pompous buffoon,” or even better call out Adam Schiff for treason. Where are the true patriots willing to risk in the immortal words found in The Declaration Of Independence, “our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor”? They won’t do it because they are part of it. It makes me think of a lyric from a Jeff Beck song called “A Day In The House” it goes “…much is being said, my Lords, but nothing is being done.” I’d bet the house that if a politician takes a stand against the tyranny of the progressives, actually takes a stand and leads, doesn’t just talk about corruption in the halls of Congress or send a nasty tweet, but actually calls for mass protest and civil disobedience, that person will go down in history as a true hero, a true patriot, a true freedom fighter. Even more inspiring, would be if a Demonrat, even better a coalition of Demonrats, actually broke with their slave masters that run the party, and called out the corruption and treason of the Uniparty. Tulsi Gabbert is doing that, and should be commended for her service, but she did it after she left Congress. RFK Jr. is doing it as well, but he’s being censored and attacked by the regime to the point where his message is being buried. The Repugnicans in the Uniparty won’t ever do anything about it, like I said before they’re in cahoots with the Demonrats.

The vast majority of people ignore what’s going on around them. To be sure, it’s hard enough just to make sure your family is safe, fed and has a roof over their heads. What these people don’t realize is that we’ve actually been in a civil war for years now. Call it a culture war, or an info war, but the fact of the matter is, in reality it’s a civil war. Sooner or later, the people will wake up and figure it out, but by that time, it may be too late. Thomas Paine summarized it brilliantly with his 1776 pamphlet “The American Crisis.” Paine wrote “These are the times that try men’s souls, the summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his country, but he (or she) that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.” Paine wrote this to encourage the people and Washington’s army after a series of defeats in the winter of 1776, and it’s because we are currently at war that these words now reverberate so strongly. It may well be that we are spinning our wheels in a futile attempt to stop the enemy from taking away our freedoms, but I’d rather be a dead wintertime patriot, like those incredibly brave soldiers at Valley Forge, than a live summertime soldier like John Kerry or Richard Blumenthal, who lied about their service in Vietnam to launch careers in politics. I’d rather by a Gadsden Flag wearing, Patrick Henry, “Give me liberty or give me death,” all-season patriot, than a sunshine patriot like a Dick Cheney or Lindsey Graham or Bitch McConnel. Sunshine Repugnicans have long been known for caving in to Demonrats on every important issue, they have an infantile fear of being called a bad name. The left uses “woke culture” or being “politically correct” to detect signs of weakness in them, pouncing on craven Repugnicans like a lion after wounded prey. That simply has to stop, NOW!

We The People need to reassert our power over the Government. We need to refuse to give our consent to a government that is no longer serving us, but instead requires us to be slaves to them. Most people understand that if they have a job and they mess up, or their business is failing then they will lose their job, they’ll be fired. If a politician screws up there is no accountability, incumbent politicians are easily re-elected, and the deep state bureaucracy is a self perpetuating, self protecting, unelected branch of government. Granted, there are a few who are trying to do something, Matt Geatz, MTG, Lauren Boebert, and a very few others, possibly Jim Jordan and James Comer, but they’re all acting within the confines of this corrupt monstrosity. How well do you think Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, James Madison or John Adams would have fared if they sailed across the Atlantic and pled the case for America to King George and Parliament? At the very least they would have been laughed out of town, at the most jailed and hung for treason. They all knew they had to take their case directly to the people outside of the halls of the tyrannical British government. These politicians need to wake up and realize that “We The People” don’t trust anyone in “the system,” and we would like to have all of them fired. Our founders knew what the stakes were, that’s why they pledged their “lives, their fortunes, their sacred honor.” These weren’t just words, these guys were traitors in the eyes of King George and faced the very real consequences of their actions, consequences like imprisonment, torture and death, but they understood what needed to be done if they were going to achieve freedom. That freedom the Revolutionaries of 1776 fought and died for is what is in the balance today. It’s the reason why the left continually tries to besmirch and denounce the likes of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, they don’t want anyone to get some wild-ass ideas that might get them fired from their phony-baloney,-get rich off the taxpayer jobs, or even worse by actually holding them accountable for their treason.

In high school I took a typing class. One of the exercises we had to do to sharpen our skills was to type the phrase “now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.” At that particular moment in time the phrase was sort of benign and innocuous, just an exercise, in the bizzarro world of today, it’s a clarion call for action. Now is the time to stop spinning our wheels, thinking some Knight in shining armor is going to deliver us from this evil. It ain’t gonna happen!!! Change has to come from outside the establishment, it won’t come from some sort of supposed savior like Trump, or any of the other politicians running for President, it has to come from “We The People.” I still believe it’s possible, we’re more unified than the elites would like to think we are. Through peaceful mass-protests and civil disobedience, we can make our thunderous voice heard, we can make a tsunami of discontent that they will be unable to resist. We must always keep in mind that there are far more of us than them. The system, the establishment, has become too corrupt, too bloated to make change from within a possibility. As Thomas Jefferson said “I hold it that a little rebellion, now and then, is a good thing.” Being that we’re actually already engaged in a war, let’s make it a revolutionary one.
